This company did all the work in our house to include Basement Remodel (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 family room) as well as our upstairs Family Room and Kitchen addition/remodel. There are many ways to finish a basement on a low budget. Not too long ago Elias Construction completed the remodeling of our basement in West Chester PA and had many ideas for how to keep the costs low, which was an important factor for us.
