Favorite Double Tandem Stroller for Twins

Hi,
Could anyone recommend a good double tandem stroller (not a side by side double stroller but one with seats one after the other). Does anyone recommend the Kolcraft double tandem stroller or the Graco Double Tandem Duoglider LXI, or the Graco Double Quattro tandem stroller?
Thanks,
E. (mom to G/G twins 10 months old)

What can I do next?

I have 9 month old twins and we have the Graco DuoGlider AND the BOB revolution double stroller. We use the Graco in stores/at the mall, etc. since it negotiates aisles better. The BOB is great for absolutely everything else. The BIG catch is- the Graco is extremely easy to transport & collapse into any trunk. The Bob barely fits in the back of my Ford Explorer! :( I wish it could get smaller but it barely fits and the handle bars hang over the back seat. Once the kids are in the next seats in a few months I have no idea how we will be able to bring the Bob anywhere. Outside of the BOB I would never buy the side by side stroller.

The double stroller I used when my kids were small was a Graco and it worked really well.

Hi E,
I have the Graco Double Tandem Douglider LXI and am very happy with it. I have had it since my second was born (he is now 2 yrs. old) and was using it since my older one was only 18 months old when the baby was born. The older one would sit up front and the baby in the back (the only prob. was with the infact car seat, it was a little difficult to take out of the stroller at time). When the baby was old enough to sit up it was great! We would take walks with it frequently. It is a bit heavy though, however it may be lighter for you since they are of the same weight. It has lots of space underneath and it has a nice compartment for you. Two trays for the kids and the front canopy can be adjusted to come forward or backwards depending on where the sun is. Hope this helps :)

We used the Graco Duoglider and it worked out fine for us.

I own the Graco Double Quattro. I have a 34 mo. old and a 12mo. There are a LOT of pluses about this stroller...it is comfortable, has great storage space, my kids love riding in it, it is narrow and fits through doors and store aisles very well, and is very sturdy holding up to rough terrain well. For major outings it has been great (Zoo, Parks). However...it is HEAVY and bulky (hard to get into the back of my SUV) and once you get everyone and everything in it, it is hard to steer. It is a workout! I have felt like I looked silly more than once trying to push and steer this bad boy. Don't think it's as heavy and cumbersome as the Kolcraft. In retro, I'd probably go with the Maclaren side by side.

I HIGHLY recommend the Jane stroller janeusa.com. It is amazing and worth every penny!!

We have a stand/sit tandem stroller (seat behind each other) that we are looking to sell, in excellent condition ( we only used it a year). We live in West LA. If you're interested my email is ____@____.com are cleaning out our very full garage and our kids are way too big it now. - S.
