Extremely Dry Feet
My feet,(mostly heels & toes), are very dry & lotion at night doesn't seem to be helping. I wear open toed shoes/sandles most of the time, but heels every now & then. I can't put lotion on in the mornings before work bc while they are really dry, my feet sweat. It's crazy!! Is there anything out there that works for this??

The only thing that has worked for me is a pumice stone several times a week, and Dr. Bronners Organic Tattoo Balm every day on my heels and toes. That stuff is amazing! My feet are no longer cracked and scaly, but soft and pink. I don't even have to polish my toes, the balm makes my toes look like I had the nails buffed. Even a chapped nose and lips after a head cold was healed after a day of using the tatoo balm. Go to www.drbronners.com

When I broke my foot during the winter time years ago it seemed to make my feet even drier and worse than usual. At that time I took the easy route and used whatever I had in my house. Every night before bed I would rub Eucerine Creme into the bottom of my feet and put some cotton socks on them overnight. After a while my feet were the softest they had ever been.

Try coconut oil it known to moisturize because of the saturated fats it contains. After you put it on its not greasy at all. I put it on my daughters arms, I think she had eczema and it cleared up the next day!
Oh, brought it at Whole Foods.
Let me know how it worked...

I have had the same problem for most of my life. After pedicures my feet are still dry! Recently I bought a ped-egg and spent a good amount of time working the dry skin off my feat. It really seems to work. Maybe it will for you also! Good luck. Oh, also, if all your skin is dry in general I have heard that apart from keeping yourself hydrated, getting some flax seed oil everyday will help also.
