Hello, When my oldest was born, we bought a Graco Snug Fit car seat carrier. Now that baby #2 is due, and the oldest is 26 months, we'd like to get a double stroller. What I would like is a Sit'n'Stand. Does anyone have any recommendations on those that are compatible with the Graco car seat carriers? Thank you!

What can I do next?

I LOVE my Baby Trend SitnStand LX Plus. My oldest was 16 months when #2 was born, and the LX PLus has a full back seat with 5-point harness for the older child, which is fully removable. Having the full seat in the back was what made me buy that model, and it was very helpful when my oldest was younger. Your oldest is older than mine was; is he/she going to want to ride in a seat, or simply sit on a jump seat and be able to get down whenever? If you don't need the full back seat, you can get the regular SitnStand, which I believe is a bit less expensive. The Graco car seat snaps in easily to the front of either model. Of all my baby equipment (including the great Metrolite stroller I had when I only had one), I like this stroller the best. It's pretty narrow and thus easy to maneuver for a double stroller, and really pretty lightweight but still sturdy. Hope you find one you love!

We have 2 kids 15.5 mos apart. I did a ton of research and settled on the Sit N Stand Plus Double Stroller. It has a back seat that is removable as the older child grows to become a sit and stand. If you read the directions it is EASILY removable and compact. We LOVE IT! My kiddos are now 2.5 yrs and 15 mos. If your older child still likes the stroller feel, I highly suggest it -- the sit and stand platform is definitely not a comfy seat for relaxing.

Good luck!

Baby Trend has an ADORABLE sit-and-stand... it's the METROPOLITAN collection, so trendy for mom and goes with both boys/girls. Good luck. (i'm pretty sure it's universal for infrant seats)

I loved the Baby Trend sit-n-stand until I tried to get it in the back of my minivan with the back seat in use. It didn't fit.

I now have a Graco Duoglider LX. It is the lightest weight and folds up smaller than any double stroller I've tried. I'm not sure what car seats it works with though.

I agree with below, best thing is to go to a store and try them out. See how small they fold up, how heavy they are and which works with the infant seat.

I'd recommend going to a store and trying them out. Our kids are 21 months apart, and we were going to do a sit-n-stand. Our son would have NOTHING to do with it. Now, I wish we had one, but we went with the Graco DuoGlide which has suited us well for 2 years now.

But, we really needed to test them out in the store, seeing how well they maneuvered around obstacles, how easy they were to push, how comfortable they were for our older child.

Good luck.
