Diapers - Hesperia,CA
I have been using the Target brand diapers on my daughter for over a year now. They have been fine. But now she is uncomfortable. Her butt cheeks are itchy. She will scratch them until they are very irritated. At first, I thought that her skin was too dry, so I was putting on more lotion. But, I think the diaper is irritating her skin. So, my questions is: What disposable diapers do you use, especially for a sensitive skin toddler?

We use Seventh Generation because my daughter has SUPER-sensitive skin. They are wonderful for babies with sensitive skin because they have few chemicals and no bleach in them, but they are more expensive than your average diaper. You can buy them at Meijer, so you might go compare prices.

My DD uses Pampers Baby Dry (not with DriMax). Before they went to DriMax, DD used Swaddlers. You can also try Huggies Pure and Natural.

Cotton-even from the diaper service-they are much cheaper.

My son never liked the Target brand, they did the same thing to him, so we now use the Walmart brand. They fit, look, and feel exactly like Huggies diapers but are cheaper.

We use the Costco Kirkland brand on my daughter. She has really sensitive skin and these work great.

Earth's Best is "THE BEST" brand to use! I tried many different natural and chlorine-free diapers and there is no comparison. They carry them at Babies R Us and natural stores such as Whole Foods, Sprout, and Mothers. I buy them online from Diapers.com.
Many brands you find at Target, Walmart, and Costco have bad chemicals in them, including chlorine, which irritates baby's bum and causes diaper rash.
If your child has sensitive skin, I recommend to at least get chlorine free if nothing else....

I'd try a good butt cream-like triple paste or bodreux (sp?) butt cream. Lotion never seemed to make a difference. And, an aveeno oatmeal bath.
