I love the softness of Pampers. I'm not sure how old your baby is, but they do make sensitive diapers up to size 2. Also, my son has very sensitive skin and he's never reacted to the newer dry max.

I would try 7th generation. Not a cute looking diaper but ecofriendly and I had no problems with leaks.

My absolute favorite is earths best....and they are great with sensitive skin because there is no chlorine used. And they are the best on leaks too! You can get them at babies r us and sometimes they can be only $5 a pack. Such a steal.

We use Kirkland for our older son. We like pampers over huggies because with pampers you can feel when the diaper is wet just by touching it. Huggies are harder to feel. Neither of my kids have problems with rashes so I can not give an opinion based on that

I have worked in childcare for a long time, and seen babies with all brands of disposables. In my experience, the Kirkland brand seems to have the overall best results for rash free bottoms. Since they are also one of the more economical brands to buy, I recommend them.

Kirkland is the Costco brand. It you go to Costco and like Kirkland, then you are saving money. I get Huggies from Costco and my daughter has been fine (no rashes). I was given a pack of Luvs as a gift and my daughter got a rash, so I'm sticking with Huggies. A lot of people use Pampers and like them.

I, too, have cloth diapered all my children. I second all the comments about Seventh Generation. I'll only use their wipes, too. Non-chlorine and not made of nasty fabrics that irritate little bottoms.

Let your daughter be out of a diaper for at least fifteen minutes a day so that her skin can breathe. Yeast infections are cause by the wrong environment and grow in the environment of a moist diaper. Change her diaper more often than you do now. Blow drying her bottom on LOW from a distance of 18" also keeps the skin comfortably dry without chafing after bath and before putting on a clean diaper. My pediatrician gave us this advice and it took away the infection. I kept the blow dryer hanging on a hook at the back of my changing table so that I could always use it. Do not make it any higher than low and warm. Even if she is running around already, confine her to a place she cannot get out of, ie a playpen and let her go naked on the bottom as long as the room is warm. Keep a bunch of old towels under her in case she wets so that you don't have a big mess to clean up.

I like both. When my daughter got rashes from antibiotics I used Pampers Swaddlers. I have good luck with both brands. and am lucky the Super Target here takes more than 1 coupon and expired coupons so I never pay more for them than I would store brands.

Any product that has a sent is using chemicals that you do NOT want to be in contact of your baby's skin. Check organic hypoallergenic diapers with no sent.

Honestly, every child is different. Brands that worked for 1 of our kids did not work for the other. If every brand worked though - my preference would be Pampers Baby Dry. To me Huggies has too much elastic in the waist, so when you take off a poopy diaper the tabs automatically get pulled in and attached to the diaper, then you have to untab them to fold up the poopy diaper. But, that is just me!

I highly recommend Nature Babycare diapers. They are free of chemicals (believe it or not regular diapers are loaded with fragrance, dies, chlorine ect.) This contributes to those irritated bottoms. You can buy them online at Costco.com or diapers.com both have free shipping. I have used them since my son's birth 2 years ago. I tried huggies/papmers that where given to me at my showers and he got a rash everytime. I ended up giving them away. Good luck!

Huggies. Can not stand pampers as they have a really strong fragrance.

Kirkland brand is the cosco brand-great diapers. But as fars as pampers vs huggies? love huggies alot more than pampers---the drymax in pampers gives my kids HORRIBLE welts! So we don't use pampers. GL!

We have always used Pampers and just recently switched to Huggies Night diapers for night. Every baby is different. Goodluck.

We also use cloth diapers. When we're out and about we use Seventh Generation. You can log in to their site and print coupons (make copies because they only let you print them once every few weeks). I love the Seventh Generation. My second baby has a super sensitive bottom, too, and I think the naturalness of the Seventh Gen. has helped minimize her breakouts. Plus they're smaller than Huggies or Pampers, so clothes fit a little better and they don't stick out the top of her pants.

My little one had the same issue. While I loved Pampers with my older child, they contributed to the rashes with my younger daughter. We used the Huggies Pure & Natural (switched from Pampers Cruisers and Pampers Baby Dry), and the rash went away. We have now put her in Huggies Little Movers and she does fine. She can only handle Little Movers and Pure & Natural though. Like others said - every child is different. Good luck!

We love Earth's Best diapers and wipes. They are great for sensitive skin AND don't leak! We had terrible leaking problems with 7th Generation but I know many people like them. Earth's Best are more absorbent/hold more than Pampers, Huggies or any other brand we've tried. We find good prices at Babies/Toys R Us - especially on the big boxes. Might also find good prices online. Good luck Mama!

I like the Huggies Pure and natural or whatever they are called. Supposedly less chemicals in them and "organic' cotton. They worked well with my super heavy wetter at night too.

I agree with 3princes1princess. I loved the earths best diapers and wipes. Chlorine free and great on sensitive skin. They also have a diaper cream that's great once your baby has a rash or breakout!

Huggies..i hate hate hate pampers dry lock system. my kids break out big time.
