I second Kristen. We go to Elevate Life as well, it's in West Frisco however there are tons of people that attend from McKinney. We LOVE IT!!!! Their preschool - Celebration Preschool is amazing. There public registration for MDO was actually today & there were people camped out at 11:30 pm to be the first in line Friday morning!

We love Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco; straightforward preaching of the Word. Large church, but not a large feel. The MDO program is very popular and I know several young families whose children love it (my own are grown). Services on Sundays are at 9:00 and 10:45. Church is on Legendary Dr., between Preston and Parkwood, facing Parkwood. Hope you'll visit soon!

I second Wesley! Karen is wonderful and so are all of the teachers there. Their program is very well rounded and my daughter LOVES it so much she goes the full 4 & 1/2 days. We all have also formed a playgroup and that has been fun too.

Even though we have lived here 10 years now we are currently looking for a nondenominational church as well. My sister goes to Corner Stone Family Worship center and loves it. They are in the cotton mill downtown and I belong to a group of women called Homemaker CEO that is out of Community Life Church and we are considering there as well. I have also heard really good things about Covenant Church.

You should check out North Texas Christian Academy in McKinney. They have MDO programs for children starting at age 1 and offer full curriculum through 6th grade. Conveniently located on Hwy 75, just 1 exit north of 380. Both my boys attend - and we make the commute all the way from Allen! But it is worth it! A quality education in a Christ-centered environment and a tremendous value (accroding to my research they are the most affordable private school in Collin County). We go to Elevate Life church in Frisco and it is FABULOUS! They also have a great mother's day out program and it is affordable! The website is www.elevatelife.com . It used to be called Celebration covenant.

We love the MDO at FBC McKinney. We have had our kids in the program for 4 years. They have been very happy and have learned a lot too. I also like the security measures they have in place. They go from 9:30-2:30.

Wesley Christian Preschool in McKinney off of Virginia Parkway. 9:15-2:15 offered 5 days, 3 days, or 2 days/wk. Director Karen Stein greets parents and kids EVERY SINGLE DAY as we come to school and pick up from school! She's VERY personable and keeps up with state certs and regs meticulously. She also leads Chapel every week with the kids. They also offer an optional carpool drop-off in the mornings (teachers and/or Ms. Stein walk your kids to class from your car). Comparable rates, but best of all, wonderful Christian-based atmosphere and environment. Good luck and welcome to Collin County!

Welcome to McKinney. We moved here five years ago. We are members at Cottonwood Creek Baptist and LOVE it. We 'shopped' at a few and have just felt at home at this church. We plugged into a small group (adult bible fellowship) and feel like we have a family so close to us again. We also have our children at their Kid Care during the week. I ended up teaching there and love it. The program is solid, organized, and fun for the kids. Chapel, music, spanish, and PE are apart of the curriculum besides the bible curriculum and academic fun we have. If I can help with any specific questions feel free to ask.
