Never heard of that brand.

I swear by the higher end All Clad Stainless. LOVE them.

Boy it sure looks fancy! Lol. I'll do some looking and see what I can find.

Here's what I could find:

http://www.consumeraffairs.com/homeowners/carico.html

This looks to be primarily bad reviews, and a lot of it seems to be centered around the selling companies more so than the actual company/product of Carico. There appear to be very specific ways that you're supposed to use the cookware (something about the way it's made somehow changes how you should cook with it) and they don't seem to be very forgiving when it comes to user error in terms of replacement. It seems to be very expensive (29 piece set in $3000 range? couldn't find more specific than that) and potentially not worth the investment unless you've just got the money to put to it and are REALLY into your cooking.

I haven't heard of them either, but based on the reviews I would stay away. I second TF with All Clad. I work at Williams Sonoma and not only is the quality amazing, All Clad is a wonderful company to work with should any problems arise. They truly stand behind their product and honor their lifetime warranty. The only issues I have seen with All Clad are with the non-stick, which eventually wears out. (and they will replace it when that happens) If you go with Stainless, you don't have to worry about anything. Also, most of the good quality pots and pans, whichever you go with, need to be used with low to medium heat. High heat damages almost any pan. Just something to keep in mind. Good luck on your search......

Never heard of them either. I did google for the brand and there are a ton of comments about them being at bridal shows and calling the lucky couple with a free honeymoon--if they agree to a 2 hour presentation/sales pitch. Thenn they get you to buy $2000 worth of pots. Not sure how true these are but there are a lot. Just based on this, I would turn away from it.
