Buying a Condo, Townhome

Hello,
I live at 61st and University Ave, across the street from the U of C Law School. There is a condo above me that is for sale. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath place with great vaulted ceilings and skyllights. It gets really good light during the day. It also has granite countertops, marble bathroom, and jacuzzi tub. The building is about 2 years old and contains 6 condos. We have a pretty low condo assessment fee. I think everyone is pretty happy living there and we like our neighbors. The address is 6116 S. University, Unit 3 South.
