I have a personal question I need to ask and sone women might be able to relate. I recently had a new baby and I am breastfeeding but I need a good nursing bra. My problem is that I
have fairly large breast and bras at stores like motherhood and jcpenneys do not fit. Can anyone recommend a place that sells larger bras for nursing??

What can I do next?

Try this store -- they have thousands of bras and do personal fittings. Located near White Rock Lake. Good luck. http://www.maddoxshop.com/

While nursing I have a 38D...I found mine at Pea in the Pod at the Willow Bend Mall in Plano and at Target (I KNOW!)...they are all very stretchy and fit even when I get bigger during baby's growth spurts or whatever and have never caused clogged/plugged ducts at all....through 2 kids!

You need a Bravado bra. When I had my daughter, I was something like a 42G (pre-pregnancy, I was a 38DD, which was plenty large enough!).

The Nesting Place in Grapevine may sell Bravados. I know the breastfeeding clinic at HEB hospital does, as that's where I got mine a few years ago. And The Mother's Place in Southlake also sells Bravados. I don't know of The Mother's Place fits you, but I bet the other two do (I was fit at the HEB hospital clinic).

Bravados are a little pricier than the Motherhood bras, but they fit!

Hey A. - I understand what you're going thru!! I went to Hanes Her Way at the Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall. I bought two there and they were great and affordable. I wasn't able to breastfeed we discovered after trying for 1 week and they took them both back even after I wore one for that first week!! Not sure if you're close to that mall, but I would definitely recommend them.

Good luck!
Randa

They have (nursing and regular)bras for HUGE breasts AND the bras are not "Mom" looking bras, some are lacy and cute.
