What is the best body pillow. I want a down one? I looked at a couple on Amazon, but wondered which one you liked best?

So What Happened?

I got the Leacho All Nighter. It has definitely helped. I didn't know when I bought it but, it was actually made in the USA which was nice.

I dearly loved my Leachco All Nighter pillow. I bought it from walmart.com, but amazon also sells it. It's pricey (about $75) but SO worth it! It is shaped like a large candy cane and is one piece so you don't have to deal with shifting pillows AND a huge belly. I even used it when I was sick and it gave me some elevation, similar to a recliner. I hope that helps!

I bought the Boppy body pillow during my most recent pregnancy and LOVED it. It curves around your body and you can easily fold it in half and use it behind you if you want to sit up in bed to read or watch tv.
Best of luck and hope you find one you love too!

I liked my snoogle. I got a mini snoogle since I'm short. I still use it for the baby for playtime support.

If I were you, I wouldn't get a down maternity pillow, not only are they hard to clean but it won't give you the support your body needs while you are pregnant. Down will tend to sink in certain spots and other spots will be too fluffy unless you shake it around everyday.
This is the one I got for myself and I am on my second pregnancy and it has held up beautifully

My friend raved about The Company Store maternity pillow. I held off on buying it and then 6 weeks before my due date I just couldn't take it any more and I caved and bought it. It was hands-down the best maternity purchase I made. It's basically two pillows attached by a swatch of fabric between them. You lay on the fabric and have the two pillows on either side sandwiching your belly and back. The fabric in the middle keeps the pillows in place so they don't move around on you when you sleep- really, it made sleeping possible :). I also used it when I was sitting- sitting on the fabric so one pillow was behind my back and one under my thighs. Here's the link: http://www.thecompanystore.com/parent/Pillows+Support+Ins...

I am 23 weeks pregnant and was recently given a snoogle pillow. I do not think it is down but it is AWESOME!!!! You can find them on Babies R Us website. I also think it would be good if you are planning on breastfeeding.

My favorite (I have honestly been through three different ones now) is my Blessed Nest pillow. The body pillow I bought to start with was too big. Then I got a wedge which was nice but flatten out as I got huge. I got the Blessed Nest pillow during my second pregnancy and fell in love. I honestly still slept with it between my legs after I had baby #2. I am now pregnant with baby #3 and still using it.
It is great for nursing too.;)
