Hi, I wanted to get my son into something for the summer, he's six and needs a sports, cubscouts, something to burn some energy and keep his mind occupied! His school doesnt offer much for sports. We live near Scottsdale--North East Phx. Anyone have any ideas!

What can I do next?

Try this website. Its through Parks and Recreations. You can browse with-out signing in. I havent looked through it in awhile but I am getting ready to look for something for my girls for the summer. Good Luck

Hi L.,

My son is in T-ball right now with NYS (national youth sports). They have locations all over the Valley and group you with the team closest to where you live. They offer all sports from ages 3 and up. They are registering for the summer right now. You can register and get more info by going on their website http:\\wwww.nysonline.org
There is a $75 registration fee and then just the fee for their uniform, which was about $18.00.

Good luck:)

We have going thru the city for baseball and have loved it for the last couple sessions it is not very expensive, the coach last year was not the best but this session the coach has been great.

Good Luck!!!

You can try your local YMCA. They have all kind of sports for young kids!
Good luck
