Baptism Party Food?

My son's baptism is coming up the end of June. Since it will be hot out we are thinking about serving cold subs and lots of different types of salads. Just wondering if anyone knows where we can get good party subs (besides Subway) and that are reasonably priced? Thanks!

Have you tried Jewel? I like them and they have lots of salads, subs, bakery goods. Every party we have, we order from Jewel. The chicken is very good as well. Check it out!

Jimmy John's is great, and they have locations all over town. Don't know where you are writing from, but we get all our party food from Calabria, an Italian deli on 103rd St. in Beverly (Chicago). We almost always do subs with salads on the side! People love it!

Unbeatable Eatables in Country Club Hills has fantastic subs (and party subs).

The best subs are from Rubinos in Tinley Park. They are very reasonable. They also have the best salads. You could do all your ordering from one place. It is located next to the best place for cakes - Creative Cakes. Best wishes for a great event!

Jimmy John's has great sub sandwich party platters. We have never been disappointed with them.

I think the Italian Store in Tinley Park has great Subs. They are called Rubino's. They really really blow Subway out of the water. Give them a call. They are great!

You could also try Jimmy john's. They are better than Subway too.

Our daughter's baptism was at the end of July last summer and we used Great Wraps (in Tinley Park, in the strip mall in front of and south of Walt's). Everyone LOVED the wraps!

Jimmy Johns has great subs and will make long ones or sandwich sized ones to order for a crowd. They also deliver which is a huge bonus. There is one on Ridge & Halsted in Homewood. Another option would be from Sam's (although I haven't been there in a while) where they have sub sandwiches in a circle. I'm sure COSTCO has something like that as well. You may consider checking out options and prices for sandwiches from Walt's or Jewel/Dominicks.
Good luck!
