He was 2.5 years. He was a mega baldy when he was born, no eyelashes or eyebrows even. Now at 3.5 years we can't keep up with the haircuts fast enough.

We got our son's hair cut for the first time when he was 7 months. Went to a cute little kid's cut place, got a little certificate, a picture, and a lock of his hair as a keepsake. :)

About 18 months. (I let it get fairly long, and trimmed his bangs a few times myself first.)
He's 8 now and I still have that little blond curly lock!

My son was around 18 months old. He had curls in the back and o hated to cut them off.

My son is almost 2 (Sept.) and he still hasn't had a haircut. It is getting close to time, but I don't want to!!! ;) He has these sweet, curly locks and I'm so afraid they'll be lost forever! Also, I feel like he's no longer a baby once his hair is cut, which I know is lame, but that's how I feel! Haha!

we did it right around the 1st birthday....I think it depends on how much hair they have and how unruly it gets. The first haircut makes such a difference in evening out the hair and truly gives you a glimpse of what your little boy will look like through the toddler years.

I wanted to wait until my son was 2 (because he's basically a baldy, but has those obnoxious wispy's that make him look like bozo the clown!), but I cut those wispy's right before our wedding (so he was about 18 months old). I kept what little bit I cut, and just realized he desperately needs another trim!
