Baby Boy Names - Mason City,IL
We are expecting #2 in May and are having a hard time coming up with a name for our future baby boy. I'd love to hear your favorite baby boy names. We are considering "Richard" for our middle name after his family....thanks!

Grant.
That's my sons name and I never hear it. It's easy to spell, say and it's a strong boy name. Classic. it means great.
If it helps the image at all, my son if super smart, funny, cute and athletic!

My husband's name is Richard. It's a good , solid name. I named my son Sidney, after his great -grandfather. I love family names. They are very personal and sweet.

My guys have family names. John Eugene, and Andrew Ronald. I like good, sturdy, non-fashionable names. I'm sticking with classics for my guys.
I loooove the name Luke. I also like Jason Richard. Seems to roll off the tongue...

Before we knew the gender of my second (due in 6 weeks) we were throwing boys and girls names around and I suggested the name Benson for a boy - my husband said no right away but its okay because we are expecting a girl anyway =)
Good Luck and Congrats

Not sure if you'll like any of these, but this is our entire boy list! Some good, some I can't believe we were thinking 4 years ago. A lot of them are family names. In the end, we ended up with something we never would have expected and is not from the family. On his third day of life we chose...Gehrig. It's perfect. We call him G. (g-money, g-monkey, g-love, g-man)

If my last had been a boy, it would have been Leo Joseph (turned out Evelyn Grace :).
My only boy (out of 5) was a junior (Matthew) , which I love juniors/thirds etc.

My boys names are Sage and Rayne, so of course I love those. Others I like a lot are Zen, and Chi. I hate all the aiden names, they have been way over done (jaden, aiden, hayden, ect...)

My boys names are David Bernard (named after each grandfather) and Patrick Mark (Patricia is my MIL and Mark is his dad). We wanted names with family connections and meaning. We also wanted traditional and classic names that were easy to spell and say...never any corrections needed. Trendy names come and go and unique spellings confuse people. BTW- we also considered Thomas and Timonthy.

My vote is for Ian Richard. I love the name Ian, and would pick it if I had a third boy. It sounds fabulous with Richard. I also like Evan, Aidan, Adam, Andrew, Gavin and Matthew.
