I have not heard of any of the listed, but I do work for Advance Refrigeration located at 1177 Industrial Drive Bensenville, IL 60106 ###-###-####. I am in the service department and deal with warranty and recalls all the time. What MFG of dishwasher do you have? I know GE has the biggest recall right now. If it is a GE, then GE will ship you the part and then you have a service center come out to install the part. Our techs are very good and have been in this field for many years. 1 has been with Advance for 34 years, another has been there for over 5 and so on.

It will list the number of complaints on file within the last 36 months and will indicate the business' record with the BBC. Northshore Refrig i very good! I have worked with the other location in Palatine.

I use Northshore, and I've been pleased with their service. They've fixed my washing machine as well as my dishwasher, and both are old and tempermental. The man who comes has been very respectful and helpful. And everything seems to still be working, so I guess he did a good job. Good luck to you. How frustrating!!

I am not familiar with any of these folks, unfortunately. I always rely on www.angieslist.com to check out any contractor or service provider before I even consider hiring them. The great news is that when you mention that you use Angie's List they also work especially diligently to please, as they don't want a bad mark (I am referring to those vendors that are aware of the group). There is a membership fee, but has earned its value for us over the years.
