So What Happened?

Well, Fox News hosted it, and they have their coverage streaming on their website. It is over now, but I bet they will re-broadcast it after the regular coverage is done.

Yeah, I thought the question to Bachmann was pretty insulting.

BOO, this is the 1st time I am missing cable since we cancelled it in March. I am going to have my husband find it for me on the internet so I can watch it, any ideas on where to find it?

Thank you, I am pretty computer illiterate. I will go to Fox News website & hopefully they will re- broadcast.....I am listening to O'Reilly Factor right now on a podcast

Nah...I'm thinking the liberals skipped it completely and the conservatives don't really care who the candidate is--they already know how they're voting.

I watched it and the followup. I was glad they were given tough questions but some were definitely ridiculous. I was glad Newt said something. I was impressed with several of the candidates answers but I think it is more important to look at their records. Anyone can get up there and make themselves sound really conservative. I want to see the evidence.

My husband is watching it and the coverage afterwards. I'm not really watching because I'm getting my son ready for bed, baking cookies, and unfortunately debates irritate me.
He replayed one part for me where they asked Bachman if she would be obedient to her husband if elected. Some people in the audience booed at that, and my husband asked me if I thought the question was sexist.

Please believe that I mean no disrespect with this question, but I am really having a hard time understanding how anyone who isn't really, really rich, would be supporting any of the Republicans in the next election. I'm sincerely interested in understanding the reasons to support a party who seems so clearly (to me) to be actively and dishonestly (FOX news!) sabotaging the interests of families to be able to support ourselves and hope for a better future for our kids.
