Anyone Tried Arms Reach Co-sleeper Sleigh Bed

I think with baby #2 I would like to try a co-sleeper type bassinet. The first slept in bed with us for the first 4 months and then in his crib in our room for another month before moving to his own room. For our own peace of mind, I was looking at the Arms Reach Co-sleeper Sleigh Bed. Has anyone tried it?? It seems a little pricey so I am wondering if it's worth the investment.

Thanks everyone for all your responses. For those that didn't know what the sleigh bed part meant, here is a link to the picture. I will definitely get an Arms Reach co-sleeper, but I am still undecided about spending the extra money on the sleigh bed...it's just so pretty:)

It was definitely worth the price for us! Definitely definitely definitely!

I loved mine! Get the full-sized version, not the mini. You will be able to use it longer. I'm not sure what the "sleigh bed" co-sleeper means. But it is definitely worth it to have any co-sleeper. My son slept in his until he was able to pull himself up and crawl around and I was afraid he'd crawl out of it.

I haven't heard of the sleigh bed version, but we used our co-sleeper with all three of our kiddos and loved it. It also doubled as a pack and play. It was so nice not having to get out of bed at night and get the baby. However, when you do get out of bed, you end up having to crawl down to the end of the bed.

You can also try craigslist or call some of the various consignment shops. We used it with our son for a good while and it was really nice. He then just moved in with us when he outgrew the cosleeper. I think we had the smaller version and my baby was the larger version ;) so he didn't stay in it past maybe 4 or 5 months or so.

I would highly recommend the Arms Reach Co-sleeper to anyone. I was miserable getting up multiple times a night to feed and check on my daughter so I asked for this as a gift from my mom with my second child. It was sooooooo nice to have the baby right next to me at night while sleeping. I could reach over and put my hand on his tummy to make sure he was still breathing when he seemed like he was being a little too quiet, and I could just reach over and pick him up when it was time for feeding. The peace of mind with having him right next to me without having to worry about anyone rolling over and smothering him was priceless. I had the "mini co-sleeper" version, not the sleigh bed version, but I'm sure they are all about the same. I definitely recommend!

We used an Arms Reach Co-Sleeper with both of our children and we loved it. Ours also functions as a Pack N Play so we have gotten use out of it for over 4 years. I don't know about the "sleigh bed" version, but I can say with confidence that ours was worth the price we paid.

I used an Arms Reach Co-sleeper and loved it. I am about to list our on E-bay for $40 if you are interested. It is in great shape. My first baby was not able to use it due to her medical issues. Out 2nd, Kate out grew it quickly with in 2 months. It is sage green; however the original sheet to the sleeper was bleached one time so it is now a lemon yellow. Besides that it has hardly been used. Let me know lindsey_clarissa at yahoo dot com
