Hi there. Im so sorry to hear how hard you have had it with your health. It must be hard to handle with a little baby also. My son is also 8 months. I would like to lose weight as well, i still look pregnant. Some say its from breastfeeding. Where abouts are you? Im in Olathe actually, only about 3 miles from the great mall off K-7. I am interested! My name is C.-- I am 24 also and I have a 16 month old daughter. I am doing the weight watchers points system (I want to lose 100 lbs), but not exercising and I have been wanting to start walking, so if you get a group together let me know. I live in Spring Hill but I would be willing to drive to Gardner. I do work until 6 pm on some days though.

I was very recently diagnosed with diabetes. My doctor saya that exercise is a must. I would love to try to see if we could find a match in our schedules to walk.

I would love to do something like this. When were you thinking you wanted to go. I have two boys 2 & 5 so this could be a bit tricky to work in but I will give it my best shot.

My schedule doesn't allow it, but my husband and I are on South Beach and having great results. Do some research on the web about what is okay to eat and not (to save from having to buy a book). Phase 1 is the strictest but only lasts 2 weeks, so it's all about relearning how to eat healthy and have treats in small doses. Good luck!
