Anyone Have a Serger They No Longer Need or Want?

What a great and unique idea! Let me know when you get your business up and running--I would love to pass the word! I bet if you try the Freecycle group in your area, you may be able to find one for FREE. Go to yahoo, click on groups, and find the freecycle group that is in your area. (If you have not already joined). I am in the Aurora one, and it so great! And it's all free stuff. You would not believe what people want to get rid of. And now with the Yard sale season winding down, I bet a lot of people will be posting stuff. Good luck!

Welcome to the cloth diaper business :) I also have a cloth diapering business. I don't use my serger much, but I gave it to my mom. I hope you get a response! You might also post to your local freecycle group (it's a Yahoo group that you can join and post requests or things you want to donate).

I have a surger by Brother. Although it is several years old it has hardly ever been used. I got it from my grandma after she passed away nearly a year ago. I absolutely love to sew, but just have never taken the time to learn how to use this surger, although I really do want to learn someday when I get some time. I don't really want to sell it, but I would be willing to let you barrow it. Maybe sometime you could even show me how to use it! Let me know what you think.
