Its a scam - don't do it. Google it with the word "scam" after and you will find a lot of information.

I'd be VERY cautious with any product like this - I checked FDA.gov, and there is no listing meaning it's not an FDA approved product.
The Federal Trade Commission has nothing listed on their site either (FTC.gov), which means there hasn't been any action taken against companies selling it either.

Generally speaking, though, there's no scientific evidence to support that colon cleansing products are effective or safe. There are a lot of products on the market that make these claims, but if you can purchase it without a prescription, chances are, it's a scam.

Just think back to all the products that have been removed that were believed to be safe such as Hydroxy Cut and Xenadrine and had fatalities associated with them.

If it were me, I'd not be willing to take that risk unless a company is able to provide substantial scientific data in a credible scientific journal to support the claims.

Total scam! I thought I would try it because it was only 4.95 plus shipping & handling. Then they started automatically charging my account from all of these other "companies" they are associated with. I kept calling and canceling and then another charge would appear. I had to cancel the card, call my bank and report them for fraud. Of course, this was after $600 dollars was charged to my account. I got it all back except for the overdrawn fees but still.....

You can find Acai capsules at wal-mart they work pretty good or acai blueberry juices because blueberries are also very very good for you just check the amount of sugars in the juices you get because when you get to much glucose(sugar) in your system your body stores it as fat just eat small amounts a day ok so I'm not a dietian doctor or anything I just watch alot of Discovery health LOL

Hi, Jarry:

Try a colonic, it is safer. Find one in your area.

Good luck. D.

Just to follow up on DanaW's comment, Acai Max Cleanse, Hydroxy Cut, Xenadrine, etc. are all considered to be neutraceuticals or dietary supplements. Anything that falls under that category is NOT regulated by the FDA. When you see the adds on tv you'll note in very small print that the product has not been approved by the FDA & the claims of the product have not been reviewed by the FDA. Therefore, those companies can basically get away with stating claims that are inaccurate & would be considered fraudulant & against the Code of Federal Regulations if it was a product that fell under the jurisdiction of the FDA. That being said, some supplements are good for you and you need to do your research to see if the risks outway the benefits (same can be said for FDA approved products too).
