Wooden Swingset

I have a wooden swingset in my backyard that I'm looking to get rid of soon. I just need advice on how to get rid of the thing. Should I just tear it down or should I see if someone could take it and use it in their own backyard? It's in pretty good condition, would just need a new awning and one swing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What can I do next?

We have a very nice set in our backyard that is no longer being used. I have neighbors begging me for it. We are not ready to get rid of it just yet because there are a few neighbor children who enjoy it.

When we do start to get rid of it...try Craigslist. Also, our neighborhood has a website with message board where we can advertise something like that.

I would not take it apart first. Let whomever gets it take it apart and move it. They are getting it for free...... they should not mind taking it apart. Also, they can see how it is originally put together so they can get it back together properly.

Craigslist. Post it there and somebody will come take it down for you. You can probably get a pretty decent price for it too.

I would love to come take it off your hands if the dimensions would work for our backyard!

My mom would like to find someone just like you! She would love to have a swing set in her back yard for her grandchildren, but she can't afford to buy new. When you're ready let us know. If you really just want to get rid of it in exchange for someone taking it apart and removing it, we'll send the Uncles over to get the job done. If you decide you would prefer to sell it, let us know what you're asking for it.
