I'm looking for suggestions for the Wii system DVD's for a 3 year girl and a 5 year old boy. We finially broken down and bought this for Christmas this year but the selection is quite mind blowing. Any suggestions for this age that the kids loved?

My kids are 4 and 6 and they like carnival games, carnival golf, wii play which comes with an extra remote. My son who is 6 plays it alot more since it is his. He likes the car racing games, monster truck games and fishing games also. If you look for the ones rated E for everyone they are set up for all ages and more age appropriate for their ages.

My almost 4 yr old loves to play Mario Party 8 and Boom Blox. We got him the Diego game and he got bored right away with it.

My kids love Boom Blocks. It's easier for the little kids and still fun for us. You basically throw a ball at blocks and try to knock down towers.

My kids also have Mario Party 8. It's kind of annoying to us as parents. It's a board game on tv.

My husband and I like to play Carnival, it is a bunch of carnival games. I think that it would be easy for kids to play.

Hi Cheryl!!
I think the below suggestions are great game ideas. I wanted to also suggest a game called Wario Ware Smooth Moves. It is a series of little games/activities where you have to manipulate the control to do the action on screen. For example, swatting a fly, or balancing a broom, etc. I think it is quite addictive for everyone!! Our 3 year old nephew loved this game. Before each activity or level it will show you what you need to do with the remote. sometimes we would have to show him how to do it but after a couple of times he would completely get it and have a blast:) Heck, I'm 30 and I love this game. I payed it all the time while I was pregnant but our little one isn't old enough to join in yet!!!
Good luck with your game searches and enjoy the Wii. We love ours :)
