My hubby and I are considering having a 2nd child (Lord willing). I would love to hear your experiences and suggestions of where to have a baby.
I am most interested in Midwifery Centers or Birthing Homes. We are also considering Home Birth.
What kind of work do you do at home?
I had my second child at Baptist womens center on the corner of Humphreys and Walnut Grove. It's part of Baptist East, and it was very nice.

I have worked fulltime outside of the home for 18 years now and am looking for at home opportunities to be able to spend more time with my kids... I would like to hear about what you are doing!
I lived in CT when I had my daughter but I had her at a birthing center. It was awesome. I highly recommend birthing this way. Unforunatly they do not have any birthing centers around here.
I am trying (again) for a second child and this time I am going with home birth. I got pregnant at the end of last year and found a wonderful midwife named Amy Steward-Branberry. I ended up having a miscarriage but if/when I get pregnant again she will be one of the first people I call.

i would like to know what you do from home (work). My husband was in the navy also and my father too.
We had our second baby in Methodist Germantown, both times a great experience! Also depends on the doctor!!!
