Ok, nobody had any dressmaker referrals, so how about specialty shops with fabulous special occasion dresses??? I am willing to travel anywhere in the DFW Metroplex for the right dress. I don't need pagentry style--too frou-frou, but I do need VERY nice, simple--preferrably pink with brown silk. It is for a family member's wedding.
Any ideas would be much appreciated!!

Strasburg has some really pretty dresses. They have a store at the Galleria that I know of, but you can check their website for other locations. Also, Nordstroms has some special occasion dresses.

We ordered my little girls dress from Storybook.com They have fabulous dresses. She was about 14 months for my sisters wedding. We have also ordered first communion dresses there also.
