I am looking for some swim schools that have weekend swim lessons for a 2 yr. old. My husband and I both work fulltime and all of the swim schools I have seen only have weekday lessons- right in the middle of the day. Any suggestions on either private or group lessons would be very much appreciated. My daughter is such a water baby- loves the ocean and pools, but it is time for her to get some formal lessons. Thanks for your help!
I don't know if they have weekend classes, but the city of San Marcos has evening classes. I've also heard that Palomar College has inexpensive classes, but don't know what kind of schedule they have.

Murray Callan, the only catch is you have to go 3 day's a week 2 during the week and one on Saturday this is only during Summer. After Labor Day you can just go 2 day's if you choose. But we always got evening classes after work. I think the latest class is at 6:30, but I would call and check. It's in San Marcos.

There's a swim school in San Marcos where I'll be taking my kids called Murray Callan Swim School. They have Saturday lessons available but I would call to get the details because the lessons are usually 3 times per week. ###-###-####.

I used Murray Callan right there in San Marcos for my children when they were that small. They are really good. Saturday classes are no later than 2pm. They have evening classes too if I remember correctly. Check them out. They will work with you. Very good.
I just saw a Wed. 5:10-5:40 class through Carlsbad Rec.
I will send you a private message later with my friends in san marcos she goes on weekends too. She has a special needs child and LOVES the people. I have been debating it because my daughters one LOVES water the other HATES water.
We attend Noonan swim school in Del Mar (its right across from the Del Mar Racetrack). They have weekend classes for all ages (including mommy and me classes with infants) and they also have early evening classes for parents that work. We were attending a 5:30 pm class at one time. They also do private classes if you request that.
