Hello, it's me again! With the kids being out of school i am needing something to keep them busy. I have been using Starfall.com for my preschooler and it's a little too easy for my 1st grader. I am wanting to know of any educational or just just for fun web sites for grade school age, and for preschoolers. Thank you for helping me keep my sanity!

What can I do next?

My daughter is not quite old enough to use the computer (6 months), but a friend of mine has a daughter that's 4 and she said that she likes to go the Hannah Montana and Dora websites because there are little games that she can play and pictures that she can color online. Just something that you may want to check out.

My 6 year old loves funbrain.com. Nick.com is also popular but I limit that one because a lot of it is just junk.

It is not a website, but a good game for the little one and maybe the older on too. We have a frogger game for PS2 it comes with a mat they jump on. It teaches color, letters, numbers, and shapes. There are 3 other game that work with the mat.

My kids (pre-school through 1st Grade) really enjoy the Playhouse Disney and Nick Jr. websites. All of their favorite t.v. shows have games.

Jigzone.com is great for all ages - kids can work jisaw puzzles of all different kinds of pictures. You can even upload your own picture to be made into a puzzle. Just be sure to change the cut to fewer pieces for a child. Also, my all time favorite site is familyfun.com. They have endless ideas for all kinds of activities for kids of all ages - with pictures and how-to videos. Good luck!
