It depends on what cute means to you. I buy cute rocker outfits down on south congress. There is also a place called dragon snaps, used to be on soco, but moved. They sell more traditional cute baby clothes.

For you - Fetish, By George, Luxe Apothique (The Domain), Saks, Neiman Marcus, Strut (on Lamar), Congress has funky stores up & down the street, 2nd street district downtown, Physical Fit in Westlake, B. Chic on Bee Cave Road (also in Westlake).
Get shopping girl!! You are missing some fun & fabulous places here in town. Austin was featured a couple of months ago in the back of "Lucky" magazine - they hit all kinds of stores & separated them by "area" of town.

I am not sure if you are buying for adult or for children but I have to tell you about our favorite little children's boutique.... it's called Daisy Hill. We LOVE it! I have been buying for both my son and daughter for several years now. The selection is FABULOUS!!! The little girl dresses and outfits are to-die-for-precious and they carry the most darling boys outfits. They even carry shoes, socks, belts, and baby slings. It's our absolute favorite place for kids clothing.

You need to check out the 2nd street district downtown. Trendy but pricey. There are several shops but scattered. Fetish, Hem in the 10th & Lamar area. Adelante at 26 doors at 35th & Lamar. Anthropologie at 6th & Lamar. Go to a website called Rare.com I think. Hope this helps.

Oh there is tons of places. Look in the Westlake area, Haute Baby, Oh Baby, Baby style is very trendy they are located in the Barton Creek Mall. Hope this helps, good luck. Also there is a place in Houston that is owed by T-boze from the group TLC and it is one of the number one trendy baby stores in the US called "Chase's Closet". You can order stuff online, if you ever go to Houston it is in River Oaks.
