Okay moms, I had Lasik surgery about 4 months ago- I LOVE IT. However, I am very fair skined and for some reason, the dark circles under my eyes got worse ( I can no longer concel them with makeup and conceler). I usually use Mary Kay eye cream and thier cucumber eye gel, but it is not helping with the dark circles. Anyone have a product that will help cover these dark circles or even better help lighten or get rid of them???? Also, I am allergic to alpha-hydroxy and retinol products (breaks my face out bad) so I need something without those!

I'm a MK Sales Director, and I would definitely echo the comment of the other consultant- if you're not enjoying the results you want, let us know! We have several different kinds of creams that target different issues, and it may be that you are using the wrong kind. In addition, MK has launched a new product called Timewise Eye Revitalizer that specifically works against dark circles. I can tell you that, from personal experience, its awesome! I am a tired mommy of 2 (3 years and 1 year) with another on the way! Good luck...and please do contact your consultant!

Try Arbonne RE9 eye cream, over time the dark circles will fade. The make-up if fabulous. Try the concealer, Arbonne Virual Illusion Make-up Primer and then one of the foudations. You will LOVE it. www.betsycampbell.myarbonne.com

Number one, have you consulted your MK consultant??? That's a huge part of her job is to make sure what you are using is working for you. I should know, I'm a consultant myself. If you don't have one or don't want to go back to the one you have, I don't mind picking up where they left off! I hate to hear something isn't working!!!

If you could hold out just a little longer... We are launching a new product (NO JOKE) specifically for under eye circles. That's its sole purpose so I'm sure you'll love it. IT would have already launched but the company pulled it last minute because the packaging wasn't just right. They take SOOOO much pride in their product sometimes its a little much... Better safe then sorry...

I'd love to help you out with what you already have! Let me know what you think! :o) ~T.~

If it is really just dark circles and not hollowness under your eye use Dermablend it's a very serious product used to conceal everything from birthmarks to tattoos. It works great. Use the quick fix with the setting powder. It is a bit $$$ compared to the drugstore products but well worth it!
I suggested that hollowness under the eye maybe a problem instead of dark circles. Sometimes it is the shadow of the hollow area under the eye that is seen instead of just having dark circles. If that is the case no concealer will rid you of your problem. You would then lean towards an eye brighter in that area to help attract light or surgery to correct it.
Hope this helps,
C.

I know that yellow based products are supposed to help with this. Drinking a lot of water, and maybe some mineral make-up (concealer) would help in a shade lighter than what you arew used to.

Do you have allergies?
When I went in to see my allergist for the first time 2 months ago he immediately commented on my "allergic shiners".
After taking allergy meds for a month or so they were greatly reduced. If I stop taking my medicine they come back.
Of course with working full time, going to grad school, and taking care or you kid (furry included) - you could just be exhausted!!! I know my dark circles are worse when I don't get enough sleep!
Good luck, let us know if you find something that works!

My mom has sold AVON all my life (and even before to be exact..LOL) so I have tried it all!!! Even after using Arbonne and Mary Kay eye creams, my favorite for helping with the dark circles is AVON lighten up plus undereye treatment. It works wonders!!
