Under Eye circles-UGH!!

I'm noticing as I get older and since I'm getting less sleep, I seem to have more under eye circles than I used to. I'm also very fair skinned so that doesn't help either.
I'm wanting to know some recommendations for both home remedies and either drugstore or dept store cosmetic under eye concealers.
Most of the cosmetic under eye concealers are liquid form and are known to get into the fine lines under the eyes. I've noticed this with most of them and they also make my skin look very 'cakey' under the eyes. I've heard of Bare Minerals 'well rested', but when I looked at it at Ulta it seemed about the same shade as my 'Fairly Light' Bare Minerals powder. So I'm not really sure if it's dark enough to cover the under eye circles and with such a high price tag I didn't know if I should try it. Has anyone used the 'well rested' and found it to be helpful for the under eye circles. I've also seen on 'What Not to Wear' where the makeup artist, Carmendie (sp?) recommends only using a 'pink highlighter' for under eye circles b/c it doesn't get into the fine lines around the eyes and you can put it directly on the dark circles, but I have yet to find a 'pink highlighter'. Does anyone know of a good 'pink highlighter'?
Thanks much ladies!!
A.

Hi A.. I agree with the others who recommended Arbonne's NutriMinC RE9 anti-aging Eye Cream. I was born into a family with dark under-eye circles and crow's feet. So, I have been on the look-out for the best eye cream since I was 16 (15 years now!) And, this is the best I've ever used. It has Kojic Acid in it which is a natural skin-lightening agent! I would also recommend Arbonne's new cream concealer too! It is brand-new and fabulous! I love it! I hate how most concealers tend to cake up and move into your fine lines, which make them only look worse. This concealer doesn't do that! It's cream-based so it blends well WITH the eye cream! If you're interested in trying some FREE samples, please let me know. You can check it out at: www.mandyolsen.myarbonne.com.
Good luck!

I have no help to offer with the products you mentioned, but I wanted to tell you that the Arbonne NutriminC RE9 eye creme is awesome!! I use it every day, at night and in the morning. It's pricey, but worth it and it lasts a long time. You may find you don't need all the concealers if you get yourself a great eye cream! You can order it at arbonne.com

Good luck!

When I was in college I used an under eye cream by Estee Lauder. I put it in the refrigerator so on those mornings when I either a. stayed out too late partying the night before and had to go to class or b. stayed up studying, it felt soooo good on my poor, tired eyes.

Try making sure you're really well-hydrated too.

Good luck!

I have the same problem with fair skin and under eye circles. My friend bought me some bare essentials well rested and the stuff has worked wonders you can't see the circles at all. The part that I love best is that I have very sensitive skin and I normally don't wear makeup because of it but with this stuff I have no problems. I know it is a little pricey but I have seen in the stores around that they have a generic of the stuff you might want to try that.

I too know nothing of the products you are asking about, but have you tried Mary Kay "instant action eye cream" and "triple action eye enhancer"? They are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. The instant action cream works by diffusing light to create the image of no circles. The triple action actually decreases darkness, swollen eye circles, and decreases wrinkles. Check them out!!!

The Arbonne RE9 eye cream is the best I've ever seen, and it was actually one of the products that sold me on becoming a consultant myself. It's all natural and hypoallerginic, which was a big thing for me because I have such sensitive skin. I actually have a sample if you would like to try before you buy. If you're interested, I would love to drop it off for you. Just message me or email me at ____@____.com if you're interested.

Thanks,
M.

Hello,

I am a Senior Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay and I run into lots of ladies with the same problem when I do I ALWAYS suggest our "Age-Fighting Eye Cream and a concealer of your choice only don't use them separate mix them on your finger it makes the concealer more creamy and when it dries your eyes are able to move without those fine lines showing up....also we have a Facial Highlighting Pen you would put it right under the circles and the product reflects light so, it would minimize those dark circles.

If you have further Questions let me know.
