Tinted Moisturizer Any Good?
I'm almost out of my moisturizer. Was thinking about getting the tinted moisturizer to help even out my tone. (I think I've seen one made by Aveeno). I don't wear foundation, so thought the tinted stuff might help me look a little more polished/pretty. Thought I'd see if you gals like it, don't like it, have advice about getting a shade darker or lighter than I think I need. I'm decently pale with freckles. Thanks in advance for your input.

I'm big on the Sonia Kashuk tinted moisturizer at Target. Use it and maybe a little powder foundation on the nose-definitely a lighter look and smooths out the spots. Any extra I rub on the back of my hands since I am older and have tons of those lovely age spots! Just get close to your color.
Clarins also makes a very nice one but much pricier. I use it only under my eyes as my eyes are pretty sensitive-that one doesn't bother them. Use the Sonia Kashuk everywhere else with abandon because it is under $20.

I like tinted moisturizer a lot (get one with SPF and you'll cover all bases). I don't usually use foundation (and when I do, it's a very light mouse type). It's not a miracle product but I definitely see a more even tone when I wear it. I'm kind of pale with freckles too. I don't use it to try and cover freckles but for redness and pores, mostly. I wouldn't go lighter or darker. Try to match your tone. Lastly, if you don't like it, be aware that stores will take used makeup back! I didn't know that until well into my adulthood. If you want to be sure, spend just a little extra and go to a makeup counter of your choice and have them find the right color for you.

I LOVE the Mary Kay tinted moisturizer. It has SPF 20 in. When we were in Florida in August, I got totally FRIED (and STILL have horrible lines and discoloration 6 months later) EXCEPT for my face. It retails for $18 and I'm still using the same tube I've used every day for the last 4 months. A little goes a very long way.

My sister doesnt were foundation at all and i do. And the other day she was in the car with me and i kept looking at her face i noticed she looked different and i was like do you have foundation on she goes no its this new tinted moisturizer and i thought it looked so pretty on. It really does make your face look really good like you have make up on. And she is not the make up type lol. So im def. going to get me some were maybe i dont have to wear make up all the time. I think hers was the aveeno type.
