Morning mommies hope everyone is having a great friday 13th, so im gonna be totally honest Im lazy!!!!! and i dont wanna exercise and i love debbie snacks soooo much lol. I have a 12 week son and I have lost alot of my baby weight but im at a stand still now i feel and look horrible. When i got pregnant I was about 120-125 had baby at 175 and im currently at 152 , I would be happy at 130-135. Making a life change in eating habits is gonna be very hard for me but i do wanna try. Im thinking weight watchers and my hubby said he would do it with me. Only problem is we work in the mall so its very had not to eat mall food all day but im gonna try my best to bring my lunch everyday. Has anyone done weight watchers? Is it hard to follow ? Do i have to give up my love for debbie snacks lol .. thanks ladies

What can I do next?

You need to have time to plan menus and portion out food. i also found a webstie called skinnytaste.com. IT is great. Lowfat recipes with points. Good luck!!

I have been doing WW for 3 years. It gives you a different perspective, and it is NOT hard.
Sometimes I love chocolate more than sex and if I had to guess, I think we have about 9 lbs of it here from Easter.

Havent touched it once. Not worth it.

You can have that weight gone in 2-3 months.

If you will excuse me, Im going to eat an orange now. lol

Ive done weight watchers... i prefer sparkpeople.com. it's better then weight watchers and it's free. try it out. if you love debbie snacks switch to slim fast. you will be surprised how easy it is to give up that stuff once you start to see results. oh yeah, and you need to exercise. it's not so bad. the hardest part is the motivation you just gotta think ok imma do this and once i'm done i'm done. just remember; sweat is fat crying. if you don't want to exercise, you can't eat the junk... if you want to eat the junk you NEED to exercise. just find something you enjoy. i like dancing so use the wii and i do just dance and zumba fitness. i hate yoga.. so just because you try soemthing and you hate it don't say oh i hate exercise.. say i don't like this KIND of exercise. you just have to do it. and ur setting a good example for your kid(s).
oh yeah and a good place to start for exercise is the wii fitness game...

My opinion really is anything works...if you stick to it! I just posted about a Diet Buddy...anyway, I'm doing the One Day Diet. http://www.GBGisIT.com Its basically protein shakes/bars and you eat them every TWO hours. Plus it comes with chewable vitamins and Willpower in a Bottle that helps curb your appetite. I've been overweight my whole life and never could make it thru the first day of a diet without cheating..LOL! Well, I did make it and today I'm doing the second day and so far so good. And on my 2 days off the diet, I ate at Red Robin and Garcia's...just smaller amounts...and have been drinking lots of water. I've lost 6# since Tuesday. So watch the video and message me if you have questions and/or if you want to join our Diet Buddy group! =) Good luck!!!

WW works! can you still have debbie snacks and mall food? sure but you will find over time that you lose the taste for them. the plan is only as hard as you make it. if you are on plan, you will lose weight. trust the plan.
