Has anyone delivered with these doctors? I am pregnant with twins (verified elsewhere) and haven't had my first appointment with them yet (my appointment is with dr. Bryan Hodges). I am wondering how their practice works- do they have you see a different dr. each time, do you go elsewhere for your ultrasounds (incl. the big one?)? Anything else relevant would be helpful. thanks! Its so hard to choose a good doctor...

What can I do next?

I love the clinic! I delivered with my doctor because of a scheduled c-section, but another one assisted and I got to see Dr. Hodges on Mother's Day because his wife was scheduled for that day, but he covered so he could have it off. He was very nice. All of them seem to be. Ultrasounds are in the office, actually I think the only thing I did outside of the office was give birth.

I am a birth doula, and met Dr. Bryan Hodges during my third client's birth. He is awesome!! I have heard of many positive experiences with him from other mamas, doulas, and midwives. He is respectful of the natural birth process so if you are hoping to have a natural birth in a hospital, I highly recommend him!

They are great doctors. For the most part, they have you see one doctor the whole time. When it comes time to delivery, if you deliver outside of office hours, you will deliver with the on call doctor. All ultrasounds are done in the office. Dr. Hodges delivered my third/last kid even though Dr. Javernick-Hodges was my doctor.

I'm trying to figure out where I've heard of Dr. Bryan Hodges. I went to OB GYN Associates. I loved Dr. Armstrong! Their web site is:

I think that just as important as which doctor you choose is which hospital you choose. I really loved St. Luke's Meridian. Their attention is super-personal because there aren't many babies born every day. They knew my baby by name without looking at tags. I really didn't want to have to go to St. Al's or St. Luke's Boise, and a lot of OB's I called didn't deliver at St. Luke's Meridian. So there's another factor to consider.

Good luck in your search!
