I'm trying to find a soccer program for my 3 year old son. We live in Land O Lakes, but I would be willing to travel to Tampa if I can't find anything closer. I've looked online without any luck. Does anyone know of any leagues for this age? Thanks for your help!
We go to the Y as well (from Wesley Chapel to the New Tampa Y). Both of my kids have played soccer there starting when they were 3.
Check out CPUSA Soccer http://clubs.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?alias=clubs.bl... Now that I look at the Web site, it seems they start at age 6. They play games at the LOL Rec Center. You can keep it in mind for the future.
The YMCA has a soccer program for 3 year olds. My son was enrolled a couple years ago. Good luck!
Oldsmar has had 3yos in the past, but it's a little far for only 1/2 hour or so. Good luck -
I second the Y - it's a great place for youth soccer! Plus, the price is reasonable. My daughter did a few seasons and I'm going to enroll my 3 year old for the Spring sessions (usually Saturday morning, at 9am, for 5 weeks). Just enough time to get them out, running around and interacting with other kids. They "practice" with their team for 30 mins, then they have a "game" against another team. It's so cute to see the little kids, all dressed in a team t-shirt, trying to kick the ball.
