###-###-#### Kimberley Minchey (a christian mom)who works around the Dallas area is highly recommended. She recently built her own home, is a longtime professional faux painter, and able to repair drywall with ease. She flips homes in her spare time, helps with organizing and decluttering and works circles around anyone else. I had her come in to take care of issues in bringing our home back around after 10+ years. My husband could do these things, but never seemed to get around to it. She can literally do anything! She even repaired a couple of table lamps, our dryer venting problem which involved repair in the attic, gutter drainage, she is very knowledgeable in air conditioning and heating units, and had it all done without me worrying about workers coming in and out. Make her a list! Well worth the money, just ask my husband.
