Seeking Recommendations for Making Photo Calendar for Christmas
Hi!
I am a mom of a 12 month old and I am looking to make some photo calendars for the grandparents for Christmas. Can anyone recommend a company or website that is easy and cost effective? :) Thanks!

I've used Snapfish before, and it was very easy and cheap. The results were good too, and I got it very quickly! I'm going to use them again this year to make one for my husband.

I made a couple this year through samsclub.com and was pleased with them. You're able to do a cover photo, a photo per month, and put captions on each. I think with shipping it cost me about $20-21/per calendar.

Kodak has a really good and easy website for calendars and other options that are great for grandparents. I used them last year and probably again this year for grandparent presents and they loved them!

I saw someone recommend clarkcolor.com. I just ordered 6 calenders of my little one. They are fabulous. They are having a sale right now so it's a good time. The shipping time is great I had them with in a week of ordering them. You can even put little pictures into the actual calender. ex. I put a picture of my son in is halloween costume on 31st of october. They are really very cute and their web site is so easy to use. Good Luck!

We used Costco last year and it turned out great. I think they do online ordering and delivery and if that's the case, you don't have to be a member I think. Good luck!

Hi B.~
I am not sure about a calendar for the year, but I just completed a small (8x8) digital scrapbook for the year 2006 for our parents (both sides) of our boys. It is 20 pages and cost $45. It has stitch binding and is absolutely awesome. Even my husband can't wait to give it as a gift!
We could choose the album size, color, design and change the templates to fit however many photos we want (1 photo to a collage of 5-7 & more). If created by December 4th, Creative Memories is promising delivery before Christmas.
Questions, I'd be happy to walk you thru it or send information (step-by-step) guide. Our parents loved an album we gave them this summer of a trip to Disney and I know this one will be loved more as they see the boys grow in the course of the year.
Good luck,

Snapfish is great! If you use the coupon code GIFTS2006 and order by Dec 9th, they are 20% off, so that means before shipping it costs about $15.00

You have lots of responses, but no one has mentioned my favorite place, www.walgreens.com I upload all of my digital photos here into photo albums and share them with long-distance relatives all of the time. It is an easy, affordable way to save, share, and print photos, as well as a great way to have photo gifts such as calendars made. This year they have changed the way they do calendars to include backgrounds and more than one picture on the month page. I hope this helps!
