Hi S.,
I recommend you US TOY. The address is 5314 W. Lincoln, Skokie, IL 60077. Phone is ###-###-####. I went there for my son's 1st birthday party and I was able to find good stuff. I saw a bunch of pirate's items. www.ustoy.com

Good luck!

There is a Party City in Chicago at Addison and Western (I think), in Skokie, at Village Crossing, and in Highland Park at Crossroads. There is also Factory Card and Party Outlet in Morton Grove and in Skokie.

You can find either of those online! Good luck.

There's a newish party supply store on Lincoln Avenue on the north side of Chicago, very close to Lincolnwood and Evanston, just south of McCormick. It's in the shopping center close to Borders Books, Old Country Buffet and Office Depot. Best of luck with your party!

Party City is the place. There's several throughout the city. Also, there are great finds at the Dollar Store. Not sure about the pirate theme, but check it out - you'll definitely find something. Have fun, A.

Try dollar stores first. They have a bunch of really cheap party decorations.

I live in Evanston also and just shopped for my six year olds birthday which is Friday. I went to Factory Card Outlet. It's on Skokie Blvd across from Old O. It's buy the DSW, Pet Store, etc.

Try googling - party city. I think they have a store in Skokie or we go to the one on Fullerton/Clybourn as we live downtown. Hope this helps!

If you willing to do mail-order/on-line shopping instead, try Oriental Trading company. They have lots of pirate themed accessories and who can beat delivery to your door and reasonable prices?

Hi S.,

We go to Party City on Cicero. I'm sure there are other locations around the city. Happy birthday to your son.
