I am due with my first child in September and I was curious if anyone knew of legit work at home jobs that actually pay the bills. I have a BBA in Real Estate from UNT so i'm not against a career as a loan officer as long as I can work from home most of the time. Anyone know anything?

What can I do next?

I'm not sure on the loan officer posistion but I was in the same boat you were when I started my WAHM position... I had my degree in Marketing and in Customer Service, Business Management. I worked at a great office job sales position. Had my baby and they treated me wonderfully!!! I took the standard maternity leave and got back and hated every second of it! I did not like corporate america at all any more.

I decided I needed something that could get me out of the office and quick! I started my own business with a 4 month old daughter and have been in it ever since. It's allowed me to only have to work part time for the last year, and before that not at all. I got to see the first steps, and the first roll over, and the fist sitting up! I'm so glad I made that decision! My only regret is that I didn't start it sooner now that I know all that I do about this company.

Its been around since the 60's was started by a single mom, and has had the number 1 brand for over 13 years now. All the different women I've met have either become like a best friend or even a sister many of them. My daughter fits into this picture perfectly!

I couldn't ask for a better business, company to back me up, and product to sell! Can you guess what I'm referring to? With Faith first, family second and career THIRD philosophy I was set! Thank you Mary Kay!

Let me know if you'd like more info. Even if its just to help fill the gaps while you get your loan officer job up and running, its a great option! It takes very little to start considering what you get in return! I'd love to share more!

Good luck to you, and congrats on the baby!!!

Hi A.,

I'm an Independent Jeweler for Premier Designs and yes, you can pay your bills with a business like this. We have a wonderful marketing plan and I'd love to meet with you to talk about the opportunity of working for Premier. It's tons of fun, you work with the best group of women (and men!) you could ever imagine, and you work as little or as much as you want to. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Hi A.,
If you have not found what you are looking for just email me and I would be happy to talk to you.
I have successfully been with Work at Home United for almost 3 years. I replaced my precious income as an Elementary school teacher and have exceeded that this year already.
I work very part time hours around an 18 month old and 3 year olds schedules though. Some people on my team work more hours and earn even more. :)
