Seeking Hair Stylist in Spring
I am searching for a talented hair stylist in the Spring area - someone who specializes in short cuts. I am needing a change from my current stylist and would love some someone to refer me to someone they really like. I would like to get in soon, so if it is someone who is fairly easy to get in with it would be a plus! Thanks so much!
So What Happened?™
Thank you all for your suggestions for stylist in the Spring area. I ended up going to Salon Matos and absolutely loved it! It is a fun and modern salon across from the Barbara Bush Library on Cypresswood. I am very pleased and would recommend it to anyone! Audra cut my hair and she is super talented. Thanks again to you all! I greatly appreciate it!

I am a HUGE fan of a place called SoQ Salon on 2920 that is located in a Mobil gas station strip center. Sounds weird...but they are good! They are brother and sister and both came from Tony and Guy and are not expensive either.

I have been seeing a stylist for the past 20+ years. She is really talented and cuts my hair exactly the way I want it (I have short hair). Her name is Susan Gumina. Her shop is located in a building at 5915 Louetta between Stuebner-Airline and Kuykendahl. Give her a call ###-###-####). I don't know how easy it is to get in to see her, but I've never had a problem.

I've been going to McKenzie at Salon Matos for over 3 years now. She's great, the salon is lively, and modern. McKenzie is confident with what she's doing, and that makes a big difference. I just sit in the chair and I don't look up until she's done. One time she didn't take off enough and when I came home and tried to restyle it on my own a week later, I realized that my hair still had too much volumme (I have thick hair), I called and they got me back in and she fixed it up no problem. And she was so OK with it,didn't take it personal that I had asked for a redo. I just cut 4 inches off this past weekend. I called on Saturday and got an apptmt on Sunday. So they are very accomodating. I highly recommend it. They are on Cypresswood right across from the Barbara Bush liabary.

I love my stylist, See, and have been going to her for 2+ years. Not only does she do a good job with my shorter hair, but my hair is wavy, and my daughters is ultra curly. See can be contacted at ###-###-####, and works out of a small shop, Hair 4 You located close to Cypresswood and Kuyhkendahl. She is very flexible with her hours, so easy to get into quickly.

I have a very good stylist. Not sure if it's exactly in the Spring area though. She is at Spring-Cypress and 249. Her name is Meagan Matone and since I have found her I will not go to any body else. The salon that she works at is called Salon Metro. It is a Paul Mitchell salon so it is a little high on price, but new clients get like 10 - 15% off of first visit on any service. Their phone number is ###-###-####. If you go, please tell her that you heard of her from me. My name is Pamela and tell her that I have a daughter named Jayde, and should know who you are talking about. Good luck at finding someone.

If you're actually in Spring, it may be a little far, but my stylist is fabulous! Amanda is at Sedora Salons on Jones & Cypress N Houston. I've had short hair for 10+ years, and she is the first to really get it right.
Feel free to PM me, and I will get you her contact info if you're interested.
