We live in Cumming and are looking for an excellent swim school for our 3 1/2 yr old daughter. She loves the water and I would really like her swimming by this summer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What can I do next?

Hi L.,
Sorry, I can't help you out with advice for where to go for swim lessons. I'm actually looking into finding a place for my daughter as well. But I just had to send a message to say Hi. I too am a SAHM and new to Cumming, Georgia. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter and a 1 1/2 year old daughter. We moved from Orlando, FL 4 months ago. If you ever want to meet up at a local park for our girls to play, send me an e-mail. Both my girls and I are always looking for new friends.

We live in Cumming also and have used Swim Atlanta in Johns Creek. They are better in the fall/winter b/c the classes are much smaller than Spring/Summer. My youngest is currently enrolled in Duluth at The Swimming Resource to learn aquatic survival (we just finished a pool) but they also do lessons and I have heard that they are opening one in Cumming (near Kelly Mill??) You might want to check out their website or contact The Swimming Resource off of Buford Hwy in Duluth.. Good Luck!

I would recommend www.infantaquatics.com. The website will give you all of their information. They focus not only on teaching children to swim, but safety. My 5 year old took lessons last year, and my 2 year old is currently enrolled and doing awesome! Check them out!
