Seeking Good Pediatricians

I use Dr. Nancy Bishof. She is private practice located across from Saint Joseph East. She is wonderful. I like that every time I go I see the same doctor. Her office is small, but she doesn't over book and if you need a sick appointment you get in that day.

We take our little boy (33 months old) to Dr. Becky Bosomworth at Westside Pediatrics on Alexandria Drive. She has been his pediatrician since birth and has gone above and beyond the call of duty for our son on more than one occasion. Both my step-kids go there, too (13 and 15 years) and we have never had a complaint.

I love Dr. Ison at PAA on Harrodsburg road. Look at their reviews on this site.

I take my son to Commonwealth Pediatrics on Nicholasville Rd in front of Central Baptist Hospital. We usually see Dr. Mack or Dr. Feese. Everyone is always so nice and we usually get in pretty quickly.

I take my daughter to Dr. Kyle Childers with LExington Clinic Pediatrics located in the St. Joseph East MEdical complex.

He's a wonderful younger docter with two young children of his own.

They have weekend hours (Saturday AND sunday) for sick child visits as well as 24 hour on call nursing staff. I've liked all of the physicians in the group that I've met so far.

Hi! I agree about Westside and Dr. Bosomworth! My kids used to go to Dr. Bosomworth before we moved and they absolutely loved her.

i agree with ashley. i take me daughter to PAA and all the doctors are great, but Dr Ison is my and my daughter favorite. PAA si located on harrodsburg rd, on corporate dr. right across from beaumont center.

Dr. Wilkes and Dr. Warner are amazing! The staff is very pleasant. Dr. Wilkes knows who we are each time we visit. Everyone I know that sees these Doctors rave about them. They are a private practice on Tates Creek Rd ###-###-####. The office is adorable with floor to ceiling mirals on every inche of the waiting room wall. Your child is never bored in the waiting because they discover something new on the walls. Check them out!

We are newer to the Lexington area as well. I really like the doctor where we used to live. I found one even better! Her name is Dr. Lear with Hometown Pediatrics. She is wonderful! We have never had to wait very long at all for any appointments and the nurses are so nice and helpful. Dr. Lear has a great personality and makes us feel like we are not just another patient. She is in Nicholasville but is well worth the little extra drive.
