Seeking Diaper Service Recommendation

I use Tiny Tots and have been very happy with them. Great customer service, and I've thrown all kinds of weird scenarios at them. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Tiny tots has been great for us in San Francisco. They seem very customer oriented. When we weren't sure if we were diapering our baby right, they spent a lot of time on the phone with us talking us through the process. They seem like one of those companies that really has heart behind it.

I use ABC and they're very friendly, reliable, great service. I've never had a problem.

I've heard both companies are good. We use Tiny Tots and have been really happy with their service. One reason I chose them over ABC was that I preferred the products they sell in their extensive boutique. You can buy stuff to be delivered (for free) with your weekly diaper delivery. ABC seemed to carry less things that I liked.

I also read reviews on Berkeley Parents Network http://parents.berkeley.edu/ Their customer service sounded slightly better than ABC. Advantages to using ABC: 1)they are slightly cheaper, and 2) perhaps more environmentally friendly (i.e., since located in Berkeley, less fuel is used to get diapers to the Oakland area; Tiny Tots is located in Campbell).

I don't have any info on ABC but I used Tiny Tots from Feb 2005 until Jan 2008 with my twins. We never had any real problems. A few time the order would be off and it was always handled quickly. The people who answer the phone are always so nice and happy. Yes.. you get to speak to a real person!!

I was very happy with Tiny Tots and would recommend them.

Hi We used both but loved the soft clean dipes of tiny tots way way better and they are the nicest people ever They also give discounts when you are new and for getting them new people.

I live in SF and use Tiny Tots. ABC doesn't service SF. I've been happy with Tiny Tots and have used them for over a year. Any mistakes in deliveries or mishaps are cleared up instantly. They are super friendly and call me a few days before my delivery if I am getting an odd number back, like 20 when I usually get 70. I like using cloth. It's not great for travel, but G Diapers can be used for that.

We used Tiny Tots and we thought they were great. Fabulous customer service. They even came out and dropped off on a holiday weekend when we were not scheduled.

I was faced with the same decision really recently and chose ABC because they'd have the diapers delivered 2 weeks before my due date and the service kicks in after I deliver.
I didn't know that tiny tots will deliver stuff from their website for free though... I DID like their products a lot.
Oh, and ABC is a little cheaper.

I used the abc diaper service for several months and they gave great service. It was easy to get ahold of someone when I wanted to make adjustments to my service and it felt like a family business. Good luck!

We have been really happy with ABC Diaper Service. I can't comment on Tiny Tots. I had diaper service in another state previously, and ABC is comparable. I highly recommend it, and strongly encourage all parent to go with diaper service, which is cheaper than disposables...and environmentally far-far superior. It's really easy, too.

i have been with TINY TOTS for almost 11 mo now and they are superb! great service, lots of personal attention and advice - call PAM, she is wonderful and very knowledgable, i.e. type and size of covers, flushable liners for later on... etc...the choices are overwhelming at first...
also: very easy to schedule vacation skips, it is a family business and they will go out of their way to drop off needed diapers.
never had anything go wrong, their diapers are VERY SOFT and they do a newborn rinse.
in addition they have a diaper cover exchange message board and offer great products delivered free..check their website!
since they do deliver all the way to SF, your drop off may well be on one of their routes. also they offer discounts for new members and referals

PS" stick with your cloth diaper choice, my little one never had a diaper rash - and it actually gets easier when they are out and about on playgrounds - i really love the cloth - great way to potty train your infant. email me if interested. good luck

I've had a great experience with ABC. My baby is 6 mos and we continue to use them for our service. They're really helpful over the phone if you have questions, have been absolutely reliable, and have even come for a pick-up only (with no charge) on days when I asked them not to deliver any because we were going to be on vacation. I have not heard anything about Tiny Tot's, so I can't compare them for you. Congratulations and good luck!
