Seeking a Handyman to Do Small Jobs in Our Condominium

I am looking for a handyman to do some small jobs around our condo before we put it on the market to sell....We have some grout work that needs to be done in the shower and also some paint touch-ups throughout the unit....Not a lot of work, however I need to get it done by someone knowledgeable (my husband has tried and it's been a bit of a disaster!) We want to put our place on the market to sell within the next few weeks and want to get this stuff done....

M. - u probably already contacted the other handymans recommended by the other moms, but I wanted to add my 2 cents. Peter Jasinski has done tons of handiwork in our house in Des Plaines as well as in Skokie at other people's. He's very hard-working, honest, and charges 30/hr for labor only. Whatever parts is needed, he will buy it and u reimburse him for it (he shows you the Menards/Home depot etc receipt).
His # is ###-###-####

I'm a huge fan of our handyman/painter, Joe. He's reasonable and very professional, plus just a nice man to boot. Email him, and tell him K. Boyd sent you:

I adore my handyman! His name is Mike Accardo and you may have seen him singing on a Chicago stage...he knows how to do it all: carpentry, electric, plumbing, and just plain problem-solving. He's super-reliable, funny and honest. ###-###-####

M.,

What area do you live in? I may have someone to refer you to for the handyman work. I belong to BNI (Business Networking International)and we refer business to each other. So I know the work is of high quality. Just let me know, I will try to help you.
