Seeking a Fun Playgroup as Well as a Local Preschool....

I highly recommend the Westwood Club preschool. All three of my children went there and had a great experience. It is a very good introduction to a school environment since they only attend for a few hours each day. There is an option to have your child stay longer which is called "lunch bunch." If you're not looking for full day child care I think this is a good place for your child to start. You can make an appointment to view the facility and have your child participate during the observation. If you decide to go elsewhere I would suggest you personally spend some observation time in each classroom before you commit to registration with a school. The Westwood Club is located on West Bernardo Drive just south of Rancho Bernardo Rd. You do not need to be a member to use the preschool but you will pay a little more than club members.

my friend is just now opening up an in home Christian preschool to prepare children for what is ahead. She lives in Escondido. Hi, my name is J. and I am also new to the area and have a 3 year old boy and new born twins. I live in La Jolla so I don't know if that is anywhere close to you but I have been talking to a couple of other moms and wanted to start a play group.
