Price Difference for Daycare vs In-home Care

I pay $150 each for two preschoolers.

In home daycare centers have very competitive rates. I have found them to range anywhere between $80 to $170 per week.
Depending on which one you go with, you can get a good babysitter or an excellent preschool. I have just found an excellent program where my little boy is thriving!
I prefer the in-home in our case.

I took my son out of a center based daycare in Plano and placed him in the best in home daycare in Little Elm and I'm saving $40 a week, plus annual registration and supply fees. The BEST decision I've ever made and he's thriving, learning so much and very happy!

When I did little ones, I charged $150 a week...hope that helps!

Prices in DayCare are going to be higher usually...though that doesn't make much sense to me. I would pay more for the lower ratio & more personalized care. I am thinking about keeping children in my home PT and I am trying to set my rates right now.
You might also miss out on supply/registration fees for in-home care?!
