Me and my husband are both social people and we want a playgroup that meets weekends that is for both of us! Just wondering if anyone out there does this so we can meet more couples. We live in Plano.
That would be real fun! I am 27 and hubby is 31, and we'd def like to meet more people, we live in Allen. Keep me informed if you start a group.

I have not heard of a group like that yet, but I am interested in joining one or maybe starting one up ourselves? We do not live in Plano but we are in the Plano area often. I know how hard it is to find a young, couple friend with children as I am 21 and my husband is 24. We have a 17 month old son and are expecting in January. Have you tried meetup.com. There are all sorts of groups that may be of interest.
While I do not know of such a group I would also enjoy joining one. I am 25 and my husband is 28. Our son is 3, but he loves helping out with his little cousins, I think he would enjoy being a "big boy" in the group. We live in the lewisville area, but we are interested in social activities that involve our whole family. Let me know if you decide to form a group.

I would love to be apart of something that would meet on the weekends that my husband could actually join in. I am 27 years old and my husband is 28. We have a 2 1/2 year old boy so like the other mom who's little boy is 3 he would be the "BIG BOY" of the group. We currently live on the borders of McKinney and Frisco. I am also interested in a Playgroup and my fiance is more interested in meeting young couples with children. We are both young, I am 21 and he is 22. We have a very energetic four year old and she loves babies or just other kids in general. I am a stay at home mom so, she doesn't interact with very many other kids. We like to do things or go out places the 3 of us and the weekends(preferably Sundays)would work for us. Having other friends with children to do things with would be a blessing! Please let me know if you get a group together...We would LOVE to join.

I started a play group on Meetup.com http://parents.meetup.com/357/ we are a very new group and scheduled our first meeting but not many people showed because of conflicts in scheduled. I am going to try to get everyone together again soon. If you would like to join we would love to have you (it is free). My husband and I are also trying to meet people.
