Playgroup in Tampa for Kids 1-2 Years Old!

I would definitely be interested in a play group! I am 27 years old and I have a 16 month old son, Austin, who loves to play with other kids. Unfortunately, he's not good without my husband or I (or immediate family) around, so I am dying to begin to reacclimate him to new people! I live near the airport, so the stadium area would definitely work for me.
This may sound stupid...but what exactly do you do in a play group? And, where do you go with children our age? I am definitely up for something fun! :)

You can go to meetup.com and set up a group on there under moms/stay at home moms. I run a playgroup on there as well.It's very easy. Good luck.
