Playgroup in Tampa for Kids 1-2 Years Old!

I am starting a playgroup in the Tampa area (close to stadium) for kids 1-2 years old. I have an 18 month old daughter, and I would like to find new friends for her, and also us adults to socialize and have fun! The meetings would be on the weekends, since I do work full-time. If you are interested getting together, send me a message! I would love to hear from ya :-)

What can I do next?

R.,

I would definitely be interested in a play group! I am 27 years old and I have a 16 month old son, Austin, who loves to play with other kids. Unfortunately, he's not good without my husband or I (or immediate family) around, so I am dying to begin to reacclimate him to new people! I live near the airport, so the stadium area would definitely work for me.
This may sound stupid...but what exactly do you do in a play group? And, where do you go with children our age? I am definitely up for something fun! :)

Hi R.,

I have a 2 1/2 year old girl and have been looking for playgroups and other kids for her to meet up and play with. My neighborhood is overpowered with boys plus kids or way to big or way to small. You can email me at ____@____.com.

Hi! are you still getting together on the weekends because I would love to join. I'm 22 and my son Aidric is 20 months old. We live in Seminole Heights so the Stadium area is right around the corner! Please get back to me, thanks!

I started a Mom's Group/Playgroup also for the Tampa Bay area. We cater to working moms so the majority if not all of our activities are on evenings and weekends. You are welcome to check us out at

You can go to meetup.com and set up a group on there under moms/stay at home moms. I run a playgroup on there as well. It's very easy. Good luck.
