Check out Chef Ivan at The Alligator Cafe in the Lakewood/Deep Elm area ... he is the owner, and does lots of private events/ catering in many styles of cooking.
On New Year's Eve, he served a special menu at his Cafe . herb roasted prime rib with saffron rice and grilled asparagus. YUMMMMMY.
