Go to www.motherlove.com and order their More Milk Plus tincture. I take 4 drops for every 10 pounds of my weight. So at 150 lbs the dose would be 60 drops. Take it 3-6 times a day until your supply is where you want it. I'd get the 4 oz size. This stuff it like Viagra for breasts!! (I'm currently nursing my fourth baby and I'm a lactation specialist too...)

The NUMBER ONE reason mom's don't have enough milk is... they don't drink enough WATER!! Drink a MINIMUM of 3 liters a day. Good Luck!!

I used the Mother's Milk tea and the More Milk Plus tincture. I had success with using both of them at the same time. The tincture tastes horrible, but I liked the tea.

Not the tea, but I found Oatmeal increased my milk supply, and it makes a nice snack or meal... Good luck
