My son got 4 sutures above his eye Thursday evening. Does anyone know if the suture removal is included in the cost of putting them in?

You will have to check but in most cases removing stitches are included in the price of putting them in. But I also know things are changing fast. Doctors never used to charge for test results and now do.
I know that when I had several stitches put in my chin that I had to pay another fee to have them removed a week later.

Yes, a suture removal is included with the service.
NO, they are not. I work for a major insurance company and you need to go to your primary care provider to have them removed. If you go back to the urgent care center or the ER to have them removed because it will not be covered.
